BC Lions Fanfest

On June 8th, we took Lily to the BC Lions Fanfest here in Abbotsford. Ok, we mostly went for Mommy and Daddy! *laughs* We dressed Lily up in her Lions outfit Nana and Grandpa Lengle got for her last season (it just fits now!) and headed out to see some players and watch some of the scrimmage.

Leo the Lion-even though it doesn't look like it, Lily really liked him (I really have an issue with the mascot, cause male lions have manes, females don't.... sooo, theoretically, Leo should be a girl*laughs*)

We actually bumped into Wally Buono (coach) on our way to watch the scrimmage. It's a horrible picture, but really cool to meet him!

They warmed up for almost an hour! So, by then, Lily was ready for a nap. So, we didn't get to watch any of the scrimmage, but it was an awesome day! :)
