We have a Lengle family tradition where we go to the "Bright Nights in Stanley Park".
We go and look at the light displays, visit the petting zoo and then ride the Christmas train. This year, because of the snow, we weren't sure if we were going to make it out there. Unfortunately, Grandpa and Grandma Mitchler couldn't come, but the rest of us drove out there, hoping for the best.
We started the night at the Lengle's house having pizza for dinner. Here are some pictures at the house...
Karen's cat, Ernie (our cat, Bert's, brother) coming in from the snow

We had a great time! I encourage everyone to go visit "Bright Nights" as a lot of the money goes towards the BC Firefighters Burn Fund. It's a great way to kick off your Christmas season! :)
