Go Canucks Go!!

Our girl loves hockey. Obviously! Here are some pictures from Thursday's game we watched on TV. Too bad it's too expensive for families to see them live! :(

Sippy cup adventures

Here is Lily with her sippy cup. We're trying different things with her to teach her how to drink. She drinks well from a cup and from a bottle, but she won't hold either of them on her own, so we thought the handles of the sippy cup would be easier. She's getting it.... slowly! *laughs*

Here's video of what she likes to do best with the cup. Like I said, she's getting it... slowly! :)

Meow! Pay attention to me! Meow!

Hi everyone!
Our girl has been at it again. Not our DAUGHTER, but our KITTY! LOL
Moxie has become almost possessive over Kevin's attention. It's cute but sometimes overwhelming. Whenever Kevin is playing with Lily, Moxie jumps up on his lap, demanding attention. Who cares if Lily is there! But this time, Lily got even more curious. Here are some pictures of Lily discovering Moxie's tail. :) There's a quick video too.
***And just to let you know, neither cat has EVER attacked anyone, especially Lily. We would never put her in a situation where we thought she was in danger. Moxie is VERY docile and loving and would never hurt Lily. The cats are ALWAYS supervised when around Lily. Just thought I'd calm some fears. :)***

Finding Moxie's tail for the first time!

Jazz hands!

Ok, so you're probably wondering what's up with Lily's hair. Earlier in the day, we had her hair up in a barrett sticking straight up (kinda like Pebbles from the Flinstones). Anyways, we took the barrett out when she was down for her nap (choking hazard!!) and this is how her hair stayed for the rest of the day until she had a bath. :)

The many faces of Lily

Recently Lily learned how to scrunch her face. Our favourite is the frown and scrunched nose. So, here are some of the many faces of Lily (photos were taken in less than 2 minutes LOL)
