Olympic-y stuff :)

We took Lily to see the Olympic Torch Relay as it passed through Abbotsford.
We went down to Old Yale Road to cheer.
Found our spot to watch the torch

Lily loves her mittens

Yep, it's a Quatchi sweatshirt
Some of the crowd.
There were protesters just down the road from us.

Lily and Daddy waiting patiently

Attempt at a family shot

They have the same cheeks!

Our girl :)

Laughing

Here they come!

We didn't realize we were standing right where they were handing it off!
Here's the recipient of the flame.

Here come the troops!

Lily waving her flag

She kept saying, "Parade! It's very nice!"

The flame!!

Our cameras didn't know how to focus with the fame...
So, all our pictures are blurry :(

The flame has been handed off

We decided to get together as a family to watch the Olympic
Opening Ceremonies on Friday

Lily in the car on the way to Nana and Grandpas.
She was so frustrated with the sun in her eyes that she demanded she wear my sunglasses. She wore them the whole way there!

The start of the Opening Ceremonies

Bryan and Keith, already captivated :)

Lily eating and watching

Lily was lining up her toys

Yes, I took pictures of the TV! One of the best parts. :)

Our country coming out! :)

Team Canada

She actually posed and said, "Cheese" for this picture!

One of the other amazing parts of the ceremonies

These pics are really nice. Lily is growing so much...what a sweet little lady she is already.
The olympics were so awesome. Glad you were able to get together with your family for the opening.
We had a opening and a closing little get together. We just enjoyed the whole thing!
