Lily's last couple of weeks :O)

Well, Happy New Year!!!
Sorry I've fallen behind in my posts. It's been very busy in our house.
Here's some of what Lily's been up to...
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Lily got a new high chair for Christmas from Grandma and Grandpa Mitchler. She really likes it! She loves the toys that attach, especially the fish. :)

Lily got a lot of new outfits for Christmas, but this is one of my favourites!
Thanks Auntie Karen!

I think she likes it too!
Hmmmm....
"I'm outta here, Mom!!"
"Ok, maybe ONE more picture!"
"K, that's it, I'm gone!"
Lily has been crawling since Christmas and it's getting hard to keep up with her. We don't have any gates so we have to baracade her in certain areas using toys and boxes. Our place looks like a mess, but we want to keep her safe. :)
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Her Godparents, Jeremy and Wendie (and their coming son, Max) sent Lily this cute sleeper and a great texture book about puppies and kittens. She loves reading with Daddy.

Happy reader!
"I LOVE this book!"
I think they both like the book! :)

Nana and Grandpa Lengle gave her this outfit for Christmas. It's so cute. When Kevin saw the vest, he was like, "Now she's ready for her Alaskan cruise!" *laughs*

Lily enjoys her sports... we're not partial to one. ;)

It was hard to decide what to do this year for New Year's Eve. We had so many offers to go to so many different parties, but we decided to go to our friends' Dean and Carla's. :)
We had a great dinner and enjoyed drinks and great conversation with everyone. Lily loved being able to crawl around, play with her toys and play with the different people. It was a great way to celebrate; good friends and good food!

Sharing :)
She likes to share whatever she has and you have to pretend to eat it. I tried to get a little video from it. It was dark, so forgive the poor quality.

One last dance with Dean :)

Lily LOVES music and actually dances to music. Here is a little video with her and her Sing Along stage. :)

Now that she's 8 months old, I thought we could start giving her finger foods.
Here is her first time with Cheerios...
"Not really sure about this!"
"Hmm... what are these?"
"Well, they taste pretty good!"

Lily's first "goose egg". We try so hard to keep her safe, but she's learning to pull herself up and sometimes she loses her balance. Oh well. We're so proud of her. :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNTIE KAREN! (Jan.11)
Here is a video just for you. Lily found the flashlight under our bed and was excited about why there was a light all over the wall and the ceiling. It was cute.
