Uncle Brent and Auntie Erica's Wedding (Sept.14th, 2007)

We were so happy to celebrate Kevin's brother's wedding (Uncle) Brent to Erica (Lily's new Auntie!)
The ceremony was at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church and the reception at Newlands Golf course. It was a beautiful wedding. :)

4 months already?! Wow... our girl is getting big

Well, she's not getting any younger!

Lily is now 17 weeks old (4 months and a week). I took her recently to get her second round of shots and they weighed her in at 17 pounds and 26 1/2 inches long!!! (she just ate, so take off a couple ounces, LOL) That would explain why she is wearing 6 month clothes!! Crazy.

We are enjoying her so much. She's become VERY vocal. She knows what she wants and knows what she doesn't like. She even has her whiny voice down! Ugh. Sometimes we'll hear her laughing, which is the cutest thing ever!

She's sleeping 12 hours a night and I find her playing quietly in the morning. So wonderful to have such an angel. She's eating very well (obviously) and enjoys spending time in her exersaucer and on her playmat where she has learned how to roll from her back to her front and sometimes, from her tummy to her back. She still dislikes the tummy time, but not as much, now that she is able to hold her head up. She is starting to recognize her family, other than Kevin and I. Too bad this summer didn't have more sunny days, but we're looking forward to fall.

Here are some recent pictures of our Lily....

As much as she hates tummy time, I've caught her more than a few times sleeping peacefully on her stomach. Too cute!

Tummy Time! It's not so bad, is it? ;)

Chillin with Daddy (way past her bedtime!) Yes, our daughter has a drooling problem... :P

Videos of Lily! :)

I just learned you can put video on here! We have a few from Lily's first weeks/months. I'll see if I can upload them without breaking anything! LOL

Lily's first swim (at about 8 weeks old) with Grandpa Lengle, Auntie Megan and Mom

The Prenatal class reunion (Lily-in pink- was about 8 1/2 weeks old)

Here's Lily trying to talk at about 14 1/2 weeks old. (sorry, it's sideways cause I took this with our camera and didn't really know what I was doing)

Sorry, that's all for now. I'll be lucky if this all works! But if it does, I'll make another one soon, I promise.

xoxo
